Many times a practice administrator does not have adequate time to pay proper attention to posting payments received from the various insurance companies. Consequently, this might lead to inefficiencies in the system - such as stacks of unprocessed checks or encounter forms waiting to be entered into the system. This lack of attention to the EOB can cause loss of revenue to the practice.
